Job Description

Retrieves and/or parks resident cars in assigned underground parking spots.

Maintains control over and is responsible for resident car keys using the procedures in place to ensure appropriate security.

Provides services to residents when asked and as needed in transporting groceries and other items to and from resident homes.

Track resident storage locker assignments and parking garage assignments on a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must have a High School Diploma or GED

Excellent verbal English communication skills using proper grammar in a pleasant manner

Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook & Excel

Must have an acceptable driving record and a Current Motor Vehicle Report

Must be able to handle multiple routine tasks, following specific instructions carefully

Must be able to lift and carry up to forty (40) pounds.

Requires manual coordination to operate phones, computer, and other business equipment.
